If you have filed a dispute with your credit card company, we will not be able to issue you a refund as well, and we cannot make any refunds or replacements until the dispute is resolved or cancelled. If there are Order issues and after an investigation we offer you a refund, this will be provided in the form of a credit and will appear in your Customer Profile.
